Queen’s Wharf Stay | Stylish City Apartment

Positive: Fantastic location , clean and tidy Negative: Didn’t get check in message till I was at the accomodation and I didn’t realise it’s seperate to the hotel as it’s an air BnB . Had to roll my suit case down the road as I wasn’t allowed to leave my bag at reception , to go get the key. Trying to catch the lift up and down took a very long time as there’s fourty something levels and had to wait for four lifts till I could finally get in one as all the others were full.

Great location for a short stay. Positive: Great location, clean and comfortable . Good communication with owners. Negative: Having to pay highly for parking onsite and not being aware that parking wasn't included

Could be an amazing little place if they fixed the mattresses…..or if you don’t intend sleeping! Positive: The location was excellent. It’s a beauty of an apartment and has everything you need for a short to medium stay. Negative: The key dislike was the beds, the mattresses were rock hard. The first night I gave up and went and slept on the lounge. The second night I slept on the doona and took Panadol and nurofen - it was only marginally better. I expect the mattress topper works better on the mattress than in the cupboard where we found it the second morning. There also aren’t enough lifts for the tower and so you do have to wait a little at peak times for a lift but no more than 5-10 minutes - they were busier than necessary.

The check in process is ghastly. The hotel staff were NOT helpful as the unit was organised by Wotif & externally done. There was a very low level queen bed which is NOT SATISFACTORY. How can you rate a queen bed as luxury - get real.
