Great stay in a fabulous apartment and location Positive: The apartment was very clean, a good size, with seating on the balcony. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable. The additional inclusions such as tea bags, salt and pepper grinder, extra toilet paper, washing powder, dishwashing tablets were greatly appreciated. The communication with the Host was easy, collecting the keys and location of the apartment was great. I would highly recommend this apartment for a couple exploring Brisbane. Negative: Nothing.

The service was very poor, the bed was uncomfortable and they failed to refund the security deposit. Positive: The location was very convenient. The apartment was well laid out and had a lovely view Negative: The service was poor. There were flaws with the online portal to leave a security deposit. I was asked to transfer this amount and have yet to have it refunded. They also informed me that repair men would be letting themselves into the apartment during my stay to carry out maintenance. The bedding was very poor quality and sleeping was uncomfortable and I required to wear extra layers to stay warm.
