Great location close to river Positive: Loved the location! Apartment was clean and comfortable. Negative: We only had two towels. It would have been nice to have another set. And we wish they had coffee. The washer/dryer combo was terrible. It locked our clothes in and we had to research to figure out how to get our clothes out. We got them out but we were a bit traumatized.

This property name is an absolute scam. Positive: There was no property, this was a scam, there was no answer to the host phone number when we called after a flight from WA.No explanation of any cancellation, this is 100% a scam. No reply to text messages, no justification. We were stranded in the city with no accomodation on an insanely busy night due to a week of events. Will be very reluctant to book anything but big named hotels moving forward. Negative: There was nothing to like as the property did not exist. The host is a scam, there was no answer, no reply to messages or emails. No host to contact so nothing to rate as the property did not exist.

The room was in a perfect location and everything in the room was spotless.

Ok for a quick stay! Positive: The location was amazing, very close to Southbank and the botanical gardens. The apartment was furnished nicely and had a lovely view of the city. Overall the facilities were comfortable. Negative: We stayed during a heatwave and, for some reason, the aircon did not work in the bedroom overnight, we kept waking up very hot. Construction is happening across the road and it was very loud - 0730 start time. The lifts in the building were puzzling, would sometimes take 20 minutes to reach your floor! Some blackout curtains would be nice in the bedroom, with how the layout is, sadly the morning light pours in. There was also no full length mirror and the shower was confusing to use to begin with - instructions would be beneficial. You are given Nescafé sachets but no tea.
